Sangdil is an Emotional-Romantic Musical-Thriller Family Drama FIlm crafted with excellence by R.C. Talwar and adapted by Charlotte Bronte's classic, Jane Eyre. The Story revolves around the life of Shankar (played by Dilip Kumar)- A Kind and simple boy living with his family fells in love with his College sweetheart- Kamal (played by Madhubala)- A Sweet girl and wanted to marry her. But they got separated due to an incident- but years later they meet again and fells in love with each other- without knowing their dark secrets, leading to consequences.
