Sati Naag Kanya (1983)

A snake princess is married to Indrajeet Meghnath, the prince of Lanka. One day however while the couple are travelling in their chariot through the city, they accidentally kill a male snake, who was the spouse of a female. This angers the female snake and she curses the couple. The movie also shows the re- incarnation of Lord Vishnu as Ram, Goddess Laxmi as Sita and Lord Sheshnaag as Lord Laxman. This story is the ultimate battle of the good versus evil. The film is directed by Babubhai Mistry and produced by Bhikubhai Marfatia. The music is composed by C Arjun. The star cast includes Manhar Desai, Jaishree Gadkar, Neera, Vikram Gokhale, Hercules and Anjana.
