Sssshhh (2003)

Malini Gujral, played by Simone Singh and her boyfriend are murdered one night while playing a game of Squash. There are no leads and no solid evidence. The case remains closed. 6 months later Malini’s sister Mahek, played by Tanisha Mukerjee gets a phone call saying that he is her sister’s killer. She panics and tells Inspector Kamat about it, and he investigates further. She and her friends Rocky, played by Dino Morea, Nikhil, played by Kushal Punjabi, Gehna, played by Suvarna Jha and Rajat, played by Gaurav Kapoor are all hanging out in college when a stanger comes up to them, and introduces himself as Suraj, played by Karan Nath. Mahek and Suraj are co-incidentally in the same class and head off for their psychology lecture. Later, Mahek almost gets murdered when the killer comes to the college locker room when she’s alone. She is saved by Mrs. Roy who walks in. The killer hides in one of the stalls and stabs Mrs. Roy when she tries to peak inside. The principal raises an alarm that this is the second murder in the college campus in 6 months. Meanwhile Mahek goes home to her mother, who tells her that she has to go away for a few days. This time the killer enters her house and attacks her. He escapes when the police arrive and she finds Suraj outside her house. The cops arrest him and find a clown mask in the bushes. However while Suraj is in jail Mahek still continues to get calls from the killer. Later it is revealed that Rajat and Suraj are brothers, whose mother was raped by Mahek and Malini’s father and thus the brothers first killed him, then Malini and later came to kill Mahek. The movie is directed by Pavan S. Kaul and produced by Sunil Mehta. The music is composed by Anu Malik.
