"Swayambhu" is a forthcoming Telugu-language historical drama film written and directed by Bharat Krishnamachari and co-produced by Bhuvan and Sreekar under the production house of Pixel Studios. Nikhil Siddhartha plays the central character in the film, which also features Samyuktha Menon. With its opulent backdrop and larger-than-life narrative, the film is likely to be a high-energy action drama with a historical twist. Having hit it big on a national scale with Karthikeya 2, Nikhil commits to another lofty venture that would be released in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi languages.

The story follows the journey of an everyman who battles his way to becoming a legendary emperor through grit, happenstance, and destiny. Set in ancient India, the film draws its inspiration from real-life historical events and personalities. Nikhil's existence begins as a commoner in the midst of political upheaval and social conflict. But fate has something bigger in store for him. Through a series of personal loss, wars, and self-betterment, he discovers what his true calling is: to rule over his people and prosper his kingdom.

Throughout the course of the film, we watch him evolve into a brave warrior and a wise ruler who has a vision of a golden age.He ascends not only by sword and shield but by virtues of justice, courage, and leadership. Samyuktha Menon's portrayal lends depth to feeling in the film, giving depth and depthlessness to his quest for greatness.

"Swayambhu" is set to be a high octane mix of history, drama, and action. The large canvas, costumes, and appearance suggest an epic theatrical experience. If the release plans are finalized even before the day of release comes near, fever is already creeping in. Whether the film goes according to plans, "Swayambhu" could potentially be a breakout benchmark for Nikhil Siddhartha's pan-Indian adventure and release on the silver screen an inspiring saga of change.
