Synopsis

Ali Hassan, played by Ali Zafar is a reporter for Danka TV in Pakistan and dreams to migrate to the US and work at an American TV station. He finally gets his big break when he gets a chance to fly to the US. On his flight to the US, Ali starts record his own audition and unfortunately uses the words Bomb and Hijack several times. This raises an alarm among other passengers who report him to the flight staff. Hell breaks loose and he is deported as soon as he land on US grounds. His Visa gets rejected 6 times in a span of 7 years and he feels dejected. He goes back to doing his old job and one day meets an Osama Bin Laden look alike in his city. The man in question is Noora, played by Pradhuman Singh. He hacks a plan with the help of a local RJ and his travel agent to make a videotape of Noora posing as the real Osama. When the government gets these tapes the situation goes out of hand. Ali decides to make another tape with the reluctant Noora to announce a ceasefire to the US. During the making of another tape Noora detonates a grenade that kills his beloved rooster and this infuriates him and he runs away. Meanwhile FBI agents arrest Noora and Ali and they think they have finally captured Osama until the truth is soon revealed. Tere Bin Laden is directed by Abhishek Sharma and produced by Pooja Shetty Deora and Aarti Shetty. The music is composed by Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy.
