The Bull is one of the recently released movies of the action-drama genre. This new film’s story is based on the real events of Operation Cactus carried out in the year 1988. The film’s story centers on Brigadier Farukh Bulsara, inspired by the true-life leader of India’s daring rescue mission in the Maldives. Salman Khan plays a tough paramilitary officer that must lead a secret, high-stakes mission to stop violent coup attempts by mercenaries against President Maumoon Abdul Gayoom and his government.

As the insurgents gain ground, Brigadier Bulsara brings his troops together, building an exact military assault into hostile territory, involving skill, timing, and courage. The film tracks him preparing for the military offensive, preparing physically, mentally, and politically, and navigating diplomatic aspects as India gets ready to step in and protect a neighboring democracy.

On the battlefield, the audience sees major, dynamic battle sequences—troops establishing the perimeter, covert assaults into Malé, and ultimately confronting the rebel forces. The film provides a level of technical military detail, as well as emotional aspects, focusing on Bulsara's leadership in crisis, the camaraderie of the soldiers, and also the engaged risk of their actions. With dramatic firefights and outstanding mobile action execution, The Bull is one of the recent movie releases that has highlighted the bravery and sacrifice of the Indian forces and painted a picture of national cohesion, honor, and duty.
