Alia Bhatt Announces New Song La Ilaaj From Her Maiden Production Darlings

Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt is gearing up for the release of her debut home production Darlings. The dark comedy drama also stars Vijay Verma and Shefali Shah in a leading role. The makers have now unveiled the first song from the film La Ilaaj, which will tug at your heart. The song depicts how a woman endures domestic violence and suffers in silence. 

Announcing the song on her Instagram page the soon to be mommy Alia Bhatt wrote, “from our hearts to yours! La Ilaaj out now!” Earlier the Gangubai Kathiawadi actress had announced the song in a unique way writing, “Statutory warning: yeh gaana sunne ke baad, aap la ilaaj ho jaaoge!”

Darlings is directed by debutant Jasmeet K. Reen and will stream on Netflix from 5th August 2022.
