The much-anticipated trailer of the upcoming movie has been officially released by the makers on their official YouTube channel, and the trailer's length is about two minutes and sixteen seconds.

Nushratt & Soha Ali Khan's New Film 

This upcoming movie, 'Chhorii 2,' is a sequel to 'Chhorii,' which was released earlier on Amazon Prime Video in 2021, and this movie will be directed by Vishal Furia and will star Nushrratt Bharuccha and Soha Ali Khan in major roles.

Trailer's Overview

The movie's trailer kicks off with an opening scene wherein a woman tells a story to a girl, 'Once upon a time there was a very mighty kingdom wherein the king was blessed with a child, but he got angry after the child's birth,' to which the girl asked the lady, 'Why did he become so angry?' The lady replied, 'Because the king insisted upon having a boy child, not a girl child.' Then, the girl asked the lady, 'What happened then?' 

Moreover, the king calls his maid immediately, and this is where we see the first glimpse of Soha Ali Khan, wherein she enacts the role of a maid and is seen carrying a veil (ghoongat) to cover her head and face, and then Nushratt Bharuccha's character can be seen in the role of a mother who is severely trying to save her daughter from the deadly attacks by the maid who has some supernatural powers.

About Chhorii 2 and its prequel

However, this is the sequel to the film 'Chhori,' which was previously released in 2021 on Amazon Prime Video, and now, nearly four years later, its sequel will be released on Amazon Prime Video on 11th April, 2025.
