Daman Trailer Out: Babushaan Mohanty Starrer True Story Will Give You A Goosebumps

The makers of the Daman film released the trailer today starrer by Babushaan Mohanty. On February 3, "Daman," a social drama in Odia (in Hindi), would be released in theatres all around India. The movie was written and directed by Vishal Mourya and Debi Prasad Lenka. The Hindi version of Daman, an Odia social drama, will be released in theatres all throughout India, Panorama Studios, and JP Motion Pictures. Ajay Devgn unveiled the Hindi version's trailer today, the day before Makar Sankranti.

Based on a true story, Daman follows Dr. Siddharth Mohanty, played by Babushaan Mohanty, as he travels after achieving his medical degree from a government institution in Bhubaneswar and being assigned to a remote tribal area in the Malkangiri district of the state. The film tells the inspiring story of how he led an initiative to eradicate malaria in the 151 villages of Janbai PHC despite numerous obstacles.

Daman, which was co-produced by Murlidhar Chhatwani and Pinkis Pradhan and was produced by Kumar Mangat Pathak, Abhishek Pathak, and Deependra Samal, also stars Dipanwit Das Mohapatra and a large number of first-time actors from the tribal group.
