Deepika Padukone, Siddhant Chaturvedi And Ananya Panday Show The Complexities Of Modern Relationships In Gehraiyaan Trailer

Fans are absolutely fascinated by the sizzling chemistry between Deepika Padukone and Siddhant Chaturvedi in Gehraiyaan. The makers have unveiled the official trailer of the film and it is like a breath of fresh air, with a spectacular star cast. The story line shows how Deepika’s character gets infatuated with her cousin’s fiancé played by Siddhant Chaturvedi. Her cousin’s role is essayed by Ananya Panday. Meanwhile Alisha (Deepika) is married to Karan (Dhairya Karwa) and is going through a rough patch. The relationship turns complex and toxic when Alisha and Zain (Siddhant) have an affair. 

 Gehraiyaan is directed by Shakun Batra and produced by Karan Johar, Hiroo Yash Johar, Apoorva Mehta and Shakun Batra. The film also stars Naseeruddin Shah, Rajat Kapoor, among others. Speaking of her character, Deepika had said, “Alisha, my character in Gehraiyaan is extremely close to my heart and certainly one of the most challenging characters I have portrayed on screen. I am grateful to have had the opportunity to play a role that was fun and challenging at the same time. Each of the characters’ struggles and arcs are real, raw and relatable. Our endeavour is to take viewers on a journey they will relate to.” The film will premiere on Amazon Prime Video on 11th February 2022.
