The upcoming Netflix film Jogi (2022) is set on 31 October 1984, which took place before the Sikh protests in the nation's capital. Featuring Diljit Dosanjh before the pack job, Punjabi artist Manoranjan plays a normal man living with his family, who decides to leave his home or stay and stay away.
Produced by Ali Abbas Zafar and Himanshu Kishan Mehra, and directed by Ali Abbas Zafar, Jogi also stars Kumud Mishra, Mohd Zeeshan Ayyub, Hiten Tejwani and Amyra Dastur. The mystery does not reveal Job's personality, yet one can hear him encouraging Dosanjh to escape the situation.
