Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl shoot wraps up for Janhvi Kapoor

Just one film old after her debut with Ishaan Khatter in Dhadak, lead actress Janhvi Kapoor is all set to bring to life the true story of a brave Indian woman. The film titled ‘Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl’ has wrapped up its shoot with the main star cast that includes the actress along with her on-screen brother Angad Bedi. The biopic is based on India’s first woman IAF pilot, who safely evacuated soldiers who were injured in Kargil in 1999. The film has been shot in India and Georgia.

 

Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl, is directed by Sharan Sharma and produced by Karan Johar, Hiroo Johar, Zee Studios and Apoorva Mehta. The film is written by Nikhil Mehrotra and will hit the big screens on March 13th 2020. Janhvi Kapoor will next be seen in Roohi Afza opposite Rajkummar Rao.
