Kangana Ranaut Calls Her Life’s ‘Fundas’ Stupid, Prefers It That Way; Talks About Her New Restaurant

Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut recently shared that the way she approaches life might seem "stupid" to others, but she likes to keep it that way. In a chat with Brut India, she opened up about her new restaurant, The Mountain Story, in Manali, calling it her way of staying connected with people.

I’m a writer, filmmaker, and actress, but this too is a form of expression. What’s life without connecting with people?” She added that she doesn’t believe in traditional investments like stocks or rental income and instead prefers building relationships through meaningful engagements.

Interestingly, Kangana had expressed her desire to open a café back in 2013. In an old roundtable interview featuring Deepika Padukone, she had mentioned her love for food and her dream of running a small cafeteria. Deepika had then responded, “I’ll be your first client.”

On the work front, Kangana was last seen in Emergency, where she played former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi. The film, released on January 17, explored the Emergency period from 1975 to 1977 and also starred Anupam Kher, Shreyas Talpade, Milind Soman, and the late Satish Kaushik
