Kangana Ranaut shares a powerful message on her upcoming film ‘Emergency’

Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut has proved time and again that she can carry the entire weight of a film on her shoulders. The Queen actress is now all set to be seen in yet another powerful role in the upcoming film Emergency. She will be essaying the role of former Indian Prime Minister Indira Gandhi. 

Kangana shared a message today on her social media page since it was on 25th June 1975 that the actual Emergency was declared in the country. Along with a newspaper cutout of the news on that day, the Thalaivi actress wrote, “These were the most dramatic events in the recent history of the world. What lead to the Emergency which was declared today and what were its consequence" 

Kangana further added, “In the centre of it was the most powerful woman in the world. This deserves a grand-scale epic film of its own. So see you in the theatres next year with #Emergency.”
