Katrina Kaif To Play Lead Opposite Kartik Aaryan In ‘Freddy’

Katrina Kaif has made her niche for herself in Bollywood with films like Tiger Zinda Hai, Bharat and many more. The actress has now been approached by Shah Rukh Khan’s Red Chillies Entertainment to play the lead opposite Kartik Aaryan in their upcoming film Freddy. Seeing the magnitude of the role, which is just as pivotal as the Love Aaj Kal stars and in some ways more crucial, the Jagga Jasoos actress has given her nod and an official deal is awaited to be signed. The actress was very excited hearing the script and her role and hardly had any reason to refuse it.

 

Katrina has previously worked with Shah Rukh Khan in his home production Zero, where she did a cameo. Kartik meanwhile will soon be seen in the thriller Dhamaka where he will be seen portraying the role of a journalist.
