The psychological drama thriller slated for its release in 2026 will be headlined by Konkona Sen Sharma and Pratibha Ranta as the lead. The film promises to be an intense narrative packed with moral conflict, suspicious, thrill and emotions. 


The story is set against the backdrop of London; Accused follows the life of a queer doctor on whom scrutiny mounts in her professional and personal relationships after grave allegations surface. Her marriage faces severe strain and the makers explore the perception, moral ambiguity and the societal judgement.
