Madalsa Sharma who has been trying her hand in Hindi films and television has worked in the South Films for a couple of years. The actress who had won hearts with her performance in Rupali Ganguly’s popular show Anupamaa and was recently in Vivek Agnihotri’s The Bengal Files.
The actress shared that she felt uncomfortable working in South Indian Film industry and had distanced herself after an unpleasant experience. She hence decided to shift her focus on Bollywood film after a few years in the South films.

The actress Madalsa Sharma expressed she was uncomfortable working in South Films and that she had to face an unpleasant experience that she felt she cannot handle it any more. She revealed she couldn’t take that path.
When questioned the young actress said casting couch is everywhere but she was disappointed with a conversation she had during her stint in the South films that made her very uncomfortable . She said she was only 17 then and it’s been a few years and she recalled she had just walked out and decided she will go back to Mumbai.

The actress mentioned she knew what she wanted and at what cost. She said she expressed everyone has a goal in their life and that she had a goal too and ambitions , but not at the cost that she is overwhelmed by it . One has to be level headed and has a goal to achieve and that she is ambitious and has a goal too, but not at the cost of being overwhelmed . Based on that , she took a decision to quit South films and concentrate on Bollywood and television.
Madalsa Sharma had debuted in Telugu film Fitting Master in 2008 and later has essayed pivotal roles in several regional films. She worked in a couple of Bollywood films for Rajshri Productions , Samrat & Co to name a few.
