Madalsa Sharma

Madalsa made her debut in 2009 with Telugu film Fitting Master by E.V.V Satyanarayana. The film was a success and Madalsa’s performance was much appreciated. The following year she had debuted in Kannada film Shourya. The role gave her a boost to Madalsa’s career. In 2010 she was once again seen in a Telugu film Aalasyam Amrutam under the banner of Suresh Productions. D Rama Naidu had selected Madalsa as the leading lady for the film. The film not only did well at the box office but also took off Madalsa’s film career to another level.

Madalsa Sharma has worked in the Hindi film Dil Sala Sanki, then in Super 2 in Telugu. In 2018 she acted in the film Mausam Ikrar Ke Do Pal Pyar Ke as Anjali. 

Madalsa’s maiden Bollywood film was Angel, choreographed by Ganesh Acharya which was released in February 2011. The film had received appreciation or Madalsa’s performance which was much talked about. She soon after had also acted in a Telugu release, Mem Vayasuku Vacham.

In 2014, she acted in her second Hindi film Samrat & Co released by Rajshri Productions. The film received good reviews overall and it was a great launch of Madalsa to the Hindi films. This was followed by Chitram Cheppina Kathe, a Telugu film with the actor Uday Kiran. In April 2015 she had three Telugu projects. 

In 2017 Madalsa had made her digital debut in a music video titled as Dhokha opposite Ganesh Acharya, a single by Rimesh Raja.

In 2020, Madals had made her television debut as well by portraying Kavya Shah in Star Plus’s Anupamaa. She had then quit the series in September 2024 after working with them for four years. 

In 2022 she was a part of the Ravivaar with Star Parivar in episodes 1 to 9 on the television. In 2022 she also acted in Kartoot as Nighar.

In 2023, Madals had starred in Dil Ki Tu Zameen, in Sudhanshu Pandey’s solo single 

In December 2024, Madalsa featured in Butterfly opposite Namit Khanna which was sung by Dev Negi and Swati Sharma. In May 2022, Madalsa reprised her role of Kavya Gandhi in Anupamaa’s prequel Web series Anupama: Namaste America in its last episode. Madalsa Sharma had quit Anupamaa in September 2024 due to her reduced screen presence in the character of Kavya. 

Her most recent as the wife of sardar Husseine is in the Vivek Agnihotri’s much controversial film, The Bengal Files.
