Mahesh Babu, Priyanka Chopra To Star In Rajamouli’s Epic Adventure SSMB29

Superstar Mahesh Babu is all set to team up with global icon Priyanka Chopra Jonas in S S Rajamouli’s upcoming mega project, tentatively titled SSMB29.

The film, which promises a never-before-seen jungle adventure, is expected to deliver a grand cinematic spectacle packed with emotion, action, and visual brilliance.

Sources reveal that Mahesh and Priyanka will share screen space in a high-energy folk-style dance number choreographed by Raju Sundaram. The song is currently in its conceptual stage, with trial shoots and set designs being planned for two major tracks in the film.

While the plot remains under wraps, reports suggest that SSMB29 will follow Mahesh Babu as a rugged explorer embarking on a thrilling global journey inspired by African folklore. The film is being mounted on a massive budget of Rs. 900 to 1000 crore, making it one of the most ambitious projects in Indian cinema.

The official reveal of the film is expected in November 2025, coinciding with Mahesh Babu’s 50th birthday. Alongside Mahesh and Priyanka, the film will also feature R. Madhavan and Prithviraj Sukumaran in key roles. SSMB29 is slated for a grand theatrical release in 2027.
