The first season of Balika Vadhu was a massive hit and garnered a huge fan following. Now after a considerable gap, the makers are coming back with the second season of the hit show. As per reports veteran TV and Bollywood actress Meenakshi Verma has been signed on to play the role of Dadi in the show. She has appeared in blockbuster movies like Dil Chahta Hai (2001), Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam (1999) and Life in a Metro. She has also made her presence felt in a number of TV shows. The original cast included Sidharth Shukla, Avika Gor, Mahhi Vij and Smita Bansal and many more. 


Balika Vadhu 2 will be aired on Colors TV in August. Fans are super excited to know about the new star cast and story of the show. Watch this space for more updates on the same.
