Paresh Rawal Joins The Cast Of Toofan

The Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra directorial sports drama Toofan will see Rock On 2 actor Farhan Akhtar play the lead role of a boxer. The makers have now roped in OMG-Oh My God! actor Paresh Rawal to play the role of his boxing coach. The two actors have been training for over a month after the final formalities fell into place.

 

The script of Toofan is written by Anjum Rajabali and the film is produced by Ritesh Sidhwani, Farhan Akhtar and Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra . The Sky is Pink actor, has also been training greatly with former kickboxing legend Drew Neal. The director and actor have previously collaborated in the National Award wining movie Bhaag Milkha Bhaag released in 2013. Toofan will go on floors by August end and is expected to release in 2020.
