Priyanka Chopra Jonas To Feature Alongside Mahesh Babu In Rajamouli's Upcoming Movie SSMB29

The actor Priyanka Chopra is all set to make a grand comeback in Indian cinema after a break. The actor subtly confirmed being a part of Rajamouli's upcoming movie SSMB29 along with Mahesh Babu.

The actor flew to Hyderabad from Toronto and documented her journey on Instagram initially dropping hints, while the speculations were on about S S Rajamouli, Mahesh Babu announcing a film with her.

The film is set in the Amazon rainforest and is expected to be released in two parts, in 2027 and 2029 and is expected to be shot in unique locations including the Borra Caves in Andhra Pradesh and Amboseli National Park in Kenya.

Apart from Jonas and Babu, the film will also feature Prithviraj Sukumaran who will. play the antagonist, along with other international artists. While Priyanka Chopra's role remains under wraps, her character is rumoured to have strong action elements. With an expected budget of around Rs 900 to 1000 crore. The film is expected to begin shooting in April 2025.
