Priyanka Chopra shows her desi side at the Marrakesh International Film Festival

Actress Priyanka Chopra has been making headlines ever since she made her debut in the Hollywood action series Quantico. She didn’t stop there. She also went on to sign on big budget Hollywood film’s like Baywatch, A Kid Like Jake, Isn’t It Romantic and many more. The Desi girl has very subtly bridged the gap between Bollywood and Hollywood by also marrying an American celebrity Nick Jonas. The Sky Is Pink actress recently made an appearance at the Marrakesh International Film Festival in a spectacular gold shimmering sari with a tube top for a blouse.

 

Priyanka Chopra was honored for her contribution in cinema over two decades of her career. She also penned a note of gratitude on her social media for it that read, “To think that my career started nearly 20 years ago is surreal. I am honoured and proud to be recognized tonight at the Marrakesh Film Festival. Thank you, truly, to everyone who came out to Jemaa el Fna square. #Gratitude.” The actress was last involved in the animated Hollywood movie Frozen 2, where she lent her voice for the Hindi version.
