Rajesh Jais Recollects The Days ‘Acting’ As A Profession Was Considered Unstable

Talented actor Rajesh Jais who is remembered for his memorable roles in movies like Alia Bhatt starrer Raazi and Kartik Aaryan starrer Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety, will soon be seen in another interesting project. The actor will be playing a significant role in the horror movie titled Chhorii starring Nushrat Bharucha. The actor who resumed shooting after 8 eight months of lockdown, said he was apprehensive of getting back on location. But when he came to know that the shoot will be done in remote areas of Madhya Pradesh, the actor was relieved. This reduced the crowds around and having just four main characters in the film too helped.

Rajesh is surprised at how things have changed since he began his acting career 3 decadesago. He said even the lighting on set is a lot gentler than it used to be. He also shares the fact that he had posted a matrimonial ad in a newspaper but got very few responses as his profession as an actor was looked down upon and people didn’t want their daughters marrying an ‘actor’.
