Ranbir Kapoor And Alia Bhatt's Little Bundle Of Joy RAHA Turns One

Little Munchkin of Bollywood couple  Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor turned one year old today. The Brahmastra couple got married in April 2022 and they welcomed their daughter Raha on 6th November 2022.

The couple has not yet disclosed the face of their daughter but they have always talked about her very fondly in their interviews and media interactions. Let's have a look at some of the most adorable moments shared by parents Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor about their daughter Raha.

The granddaughter of Rishi and Neetu Kapoor got a name chosen by her Dadi:

After Raha's birth, Alia Bhat shared a heartwarming post on Instagram sharing her daughter's name with the world. She wrote a caption explaining the meaning of the name Raha, "The name Raha (chosen by her wise and wonderful Dadi) has so many beautiful meanings Raha, in its purest form means divine path in Swahili she is Joy, In Sanskrit, Raha is a clan, In Bangla - rest, comfort, relief, in Arabic peace, it also means happiness, freedom & bliss." She added,  "And true to her name, from the first moment we held her - we felt it ALL! Thank you Raha, for bringing our family to life, it feels as though our lives have only just begun."

Alia Bhatt writing daily emails to Raha:

In his interaction with the German pen brand, Hause Ranbir shared about planning to write letters to his daughter. He also revealed Alia is already writing daily emails to Raha. He said, “Alia is actually writing her an email every day and I thought I would start writing to her someday. I am actually. Now since I am part… so I will write extraordinary letters to her.”

Alia Bhatt  sharing her bag has become Raha’s bag:

Alia recently appeared in a movie Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani. While promoting her she revealed in one of her interviews that her bag has now become Raha's bag. In an interview with Vogue India Alia said, “I realised when I was travelling from Mumbai to London, my bag had nothing to do with me. It basically just had my passport. But otherwise, it was her pacifier, her napkins, a burp cloth, her mittens, an extra pair of socks, an extra pair of these, a little toy, a little book. And I said, Okay, okay, my bag has now become Raha’s bag. It's no longer my bag."

Ranbir describes how Raha looks like:

Ranbir appeared on  The Kapil Sharma Show in March where he talked about his daughter. When the host of the show Kapil Sharma asked Ranbir if Raha looked like him or Alia. To this Ranbir jokingly replied, "We are confused because sometimes Raha looks like me and sometimes like Alia, but the good thing is that she looks like the both of us only.”

The couple has been very happy since the birth of their daughter and the above moments are sure proof of how much they love and adore her.
