After playing the role of a rapper and emperor in his movies Gully Boy and Padmaavat respectively, Ranveer Singh will now play cricketer Kapil Dev in Kabir Khan’s next movie titled 83.
The bajirao Mastani actor has already started training on his cricketing skills from former cricket legend Balwinder Singh Sandhu, who’s presence in the first World Cup was monumental. Ranveer is working hard to get his body language and emotions right like a cricketer.
Commenting on his training Ranveer quotes, “Sandhu sir’s validation is of utmost importance to me. He is happy with my rate of progress. My regimen is a combination of skills, training and physical conditioning. I am thoroughly enjoying this athletic lifestyle.”
