Sanya Malhotra’s First Look As Inspector Mahima From Netflix’s ‘Kathal’ Revealed

Bollywood actress Sanya Malhotra got a wonderful head start to her career with Aamir Khan’s Dangal. The actress has evolved ever since with mesmerising performances. Most of her films have released on the OTT of late like Pagglait, Ludo, Meenakshi Sundareshwar and Love Hostel. Another one to add to that fabulous list is the upcoming Netflix film titled Kathal. She is playing the lead and will essay the role of a police officer for the first time in her career. 

The story of Kathal revolves around a politician who loses his prized possession of jackfruits called Kathals. Inspector Mahima played by Sanya helps solve the case in this dramedy where she is determined to prove herself. Kathal is directed by debutant director Yashowardhan Mishra who has also penned the story with Ashok Mishra. The film is produced by Balaji Telefilms and Sikhya Entertainment.
