Shabana Azmi And Shefali Shah To Work Together

14 years after working together in the National Award wining film 15 Park Avenue, the talented actresses Shabana Azmi and Shefali Shah will be joining forces again, this time for a Television show based on real-life events in a hospital. The show will be produced by the latter’s husband Vipul Shah, who has been working on the concept for a while now.

 

Shefali Shah will be essaying the role of a doctor while Shabana Azmi will play the role of her boss in the series. The concept has been shaped up by Mozez Singh and Ishani Banerjee. The TV show will be set mainly in Indore and Bhopal and is expected to go on floors soon. Producer Vipul Shah says, though he has worked with his wife on many projects together, this is the first time he will be collaborating with the ‘Neerja’ actress Shabana. Bringing the two ladies together on screen will be very exciting.
