Shah Rukh Khan Announces Release Of His Film Pathaan, Shares Video Introducing Deepika Padukone And John Abraham
Fans will finally get to see their favorite superstar Shah Rukh Khan in all his element on the big screens in the upcoming film Pathaan. But alas! They’ll have to wait a little less than a year for that as the film has blocked a release date for January 2023. Announcing the date on his Twitter account SRK shared a small video featuring lead actress Deepika Padukone and John Abraham and wrote, “I Know it’s late…But remember the date…Pathaan time starts now…See you in cinemas on 25th January 2023. Releasing in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.” SRK’s look is blurred out though.
Pathan will also see Shah Rukh reunite with Deepika and see John in a negative role. The trio are scheduled to fly to Spain soon for shooting some crucial fight sequences there. Salman Khan will be seen in a cameo in the film reprising his role as ‘Tiger’.
Interestingly, Hrithik Roshan starrer Fighter is also scheduled for a Republic Day release and both are backed by Yash Raj Films. Pathaan is directed by Siddharth Anand who is also helming Fighter.
