Shah Rukh Khan Gets Nostalgic At The Announcement Of Shah Rukh Khan Film Festival.
Nostalgic over the Shah Rukh Khan’s Film Festival on his iconic films that will begin in the upcoming week to honor the superstar’s 60th birthday on November 2nd 2025.
Some of the films that will be featured in the film festival are Main Hoon Na, Om Shanti and Dil Se.
The star who had recently received his first National Award for his performance in the film Jawan said he looked back on the number of years he had his career in the film industry, he felt nothing much has changed over the years. The star said, some of his old films are coming back to the theatres and he joked that he hasn’t changed much but just with the hair and that he looked little more handsome then. !
The Shah Rukh Khan Film Festival opens on the 31st October 2025 across India and Worldwide.
The Film Festival on Shah Rukh Khan’s films will be screened from 31st October 2025 on the eve of his 60th birthday week across India in association with PVR INOX. It will also have the YRF International release across the other countries such as Middle East, North America, The UK, Europe and Australia.
The multiplex giant PVR INOX announced the film festival a few days ago and that the group is going to buy the films featured in the announcement. The titles which will be released are Kabhi Haan Kabhi Na, Dil Se, Devdas, Main Hoon Na, Om Shanti and Jawan which are listed for now.
The films will be re-run in the theatres ahead of the superstar’s 60th birthday and will continue for the two weeks across more than 75 cinemas in 30 cities.
Shah Rukh Khan reflects on the honor.
He went on to say Cinema has always been his home and seeing his films return to the big screens feels like a big reunion. The films that he was a part of were not just the stories but it belonged to the audience as he made it big as they loving embraced them for over 33 years.
Shah Rukh Khan was last seen in Jawan , Pathaan and Dunki in 2023 and he is currently shooting with Siddharth Anand for the upcoming film, King with his daughter which is slated for its release in 2026.
