Sonam Kapoor and Vikrant Massey to star in a new film

After The Zoya Factor didn’t create any ripples at the box office, actress Sonam Kapoor has moved to greener pastures hoping for a hit this time around. Her next project will be co-produced by Badla Produced Sujoy Ghosh and will have Chhapaak actor Vikrant Massey opposite her. The latter who began his acting journey with the small screen, was noted for his brilliant performance in A Death in the Gunj directed by Konkana Sen Sharma. His other movies include Half Girlfriend, Lootera and Dil Dhadakne Do among others.

 

While Sonam will soon start prepping for the role of this upcoming movie, she might be seen in a sequel to her 2018 hit Veere Di Wedding with Kareena Kapoor Khan. Vikrant will be seen opposite Deepika Padukone in Chhapaak . He will later also be seen in ‘Yaar Jigri’ and Ginny Weds Sunny.
