Sonam Kapoor Shares Her Horrible Experience In A Uber Cab

The Zoya Factor actress Sonam Kapoor might look like the kinds who would never take a public transport or a cab. But due to a certain situation the actress was forced to take a Uber cab and she described it as being ‘Super Shaken’ with the experience. The actress happened to take a cab in London and said that the driver was in a unstable state talking rudely and screaming at her. The actress took to Twitter to write her horrifying experience and wrote, “The driver was unstable and was yelling and shouting. I was shaking by the end of it.”

 

Uber was promt with its reply and wrote, “Sorry to hear about this, Sonam. Can you please send us a DM with your email address and mobile so we can look into this.” To this the Veere Di Wedding actress wrote, “I tried complaining on your app, and just got multiple disconnected replies by bots. You guys need to update your system. The damage is done. There is nothing more you can do.” The actress has been shuttling between Mumbai and London after being married to businessman Anand Ahuja. The actress was last seen opposite Dulquer Salmaan in The Zoya Factor.
