“The Freshness Of The Song Has Resonated Well With Audiences”- Ranbir Kapoor On ‘Kesariya’ From Brahmastra

After an eager wait, fans finally got to see the beautiful chemistry of Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt together on screen in the song Kesariya from Brahmastra. The song has been on everyone’s mind ever since a small glimpse was released by the makers. Director Ayan Mukerji has unveiled the first song and wrote, “Kesariya!”

Speaking about the song, lead actor Ranbir said, “The freshness of the song has resonated with the audience really well. I would like to thank the entire team for creating a song that has touched countless hearts and I am sure the audience will cherish the warm experience of the full song.”

Alia added, “For me, Kesariya is a feeling that one experiences when they are happy and content with something. It was the first glimpse from Brahmastra Part One: Shiva and it holds a special place for me and the entire crew. The song draws me in whenever I listen to it, and I’m sure that the song will touch the hearts of the audience.” 

Kesariya is written by Amitabh Bhattacharya, composed by Pritam and sung by Arijit Singh. The song is choreographed by Ganesh Acharya. Brahmastra also stars Amitabh Bachchan, Mouni Roy, Nagarjuna among others. It will hit cinemas on 9th September 2022.
