“The story needs to go forward”- John Abraham on sequel to his upcoming film Attack

Even before the release of the upcoming action film Attack, the lead hero John Abraham is talking about its sequel being in the works. The film’s two trailers released by its makers have created enough ripples in the internet world for people to go crazy about the film already! Speaking about the sequel on the second trailer launch, the Batla House actor said, “We intend to make a part 2. We have got a script ready. You can only decide to make a part 2 when the studio part is on board. So, we signed on for Attack 2 with Jayanti Bhai even before the release of Attack.”

 

 

John further added, “I can’t comment on the commercial success of Attack, as am no trade expert, but I can say that we have made a very good film. When you see our film, you will realize that our film needs to take the story forward.”

 

 

Attack is directed by Lakshya Raj Anand and produced by Dr Jayantilal Gada (Pen Studios), John Abraham (JA Entertainment) and Ajay Kapoor Productions. It also stars Jacqueline Fernandez, Rakul Preet Singh, Prakash Raj and Ratna Pathak Shah. It will have a theatrical release on 1st April 2022. Apart from this film, John will also be seen in the Shahrukh Khan starrer Pathaan.
