Scrutiny Against Tusshar Kapoor
In a formal conversation with Hindustan Times, the actor reflected on his ever-evolving criticism around the nepotism and the media scrutiny against him during the early 2000s. The actor said, ‘It had started in my time, too. Especially if you come from a film background, a certain section of the media always sees the glass as half-filled and half-empty. You have to be thick-skinned. Also, there were so many efforts to brag me down that inherited a sense of negativity. Actors with film backgrounds such as me, who didn’t achieve that level of success, still became icons of diversity. No matter how many good films we take up, people always judge us'.
