The Sarkar 3 director will direct a biopic on the late Tamil Nadu CM Jayalalithaa’s confidante and friend Shashikala. The movie titled Shashikala will show the relationship between the two women and the hurdles that they went through in their journey of politics.
The movies poster was shared by the Veerappan director on social media featuring the AIADMK leader and the Tamil Nadu CM. He wrote, “Happy to announce. Coming very soon.” The movie has the tagline ‘Love is Dangerously Political’.
Although there have been instances where Ram Gopal Varma has announced a film on social media and it never saw the light of day, time will tell if the movie will go on floors soon.
