Sarkar 3 is a political crime thriller directed & co produced by Ram Gopal Verma is their third franchise. It stars Amitabh Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan, Jackie Shroff, Manoj Bajpai, Amit Sadh, Yami Gautam, Ronit Roy. Released on the 12th of May 2017.
The story is about Subhash Nagre (Amitabh Bachchan) ‘The Sarkar’. A businessman called Deven Gandhi (Bajrangbali Singh) comes to Sarkar for help as he needs a slum area in Dharavi, Mumbai, assuring that he will compensate to the slum dwellers to relocate them, but Sarkar refuses. So Deven goes to his boss Vallya (Jackie Shroff) in Dubai, they join hands with a rival Govind Deshpande (Manoj Bajpai). Subhash Nagre’s grandson Chiku (Amit Sadh) joins him but is young, hot tempered, has clashes with close associates. His girlfriend Annu (Yami Gautam) is using him to get close to Sarkar because he had ordered her father’s elimination.
Lots of fights, arguments, bomb blasts, shooting and so on. Chiku eventually becomes the next Sarkar. Annu’s mind is cleared, taken into confidence. The end is Sarkar is sipping tea with Chiku, trying to teach him the life in politics.
