Sidharth Malhotra Begins Training For Kargil’s Sher Shah

Tentatively titled by the filmmakers as Kargil’s Sher Shah, the film is a biopic of Captain Vikram Batra who was awarded the Param Vir Chakra in the 1999 Kargil War. Sidharth Malhotra will be essaying his character for which he has begun his intensive month-long training. The ‘A Gentleman’ actor will be learning to use military weapons and going through the demanding army drills to get into the core of his character.

 

Kargil’s Sher Shah will be shot in about 70 days in breathtaking locations of Kashmir, Ladakh, Chandigarh and Palampur.
