Chalo Saaf Karein (2019)

The serial high lights the importance of cleanliness and sanitization in our country in a comedy form. Especially in small villages and towns that take it for granted, the show can spread the word in a light hearted comedy style. The show depicts the story of Palak who stays in the village of Albelaganj, and follows the Gandhian ideology and is a stickler for hygiene. She wants to educate the villagers for the same and this has some funny and disastrous outcomes. The show is produced by the Ministry of Drinking Water and Sanitization along with Doordarshan. The star cast of the show includes Rashmi Desai, Aruna Irani, Anita Raj, Raghubir Yadav, Rakesh Bedi, Birbal Khosla, Upasna Singh, Gopi Bhalla and Shashi Kiran.
