The series creatively blends the family drama with the cultural rich traditions which mainly highlights the significance of the Chhath Puja festival which is celebrated in the State of Uttar Pradesh and Bihar.The storyline takes a dramatic turn as Jagriti, who had been on a search to understand her identity suddenly comes to know about a life-changing truth that Geeta, the woman who raised her till now is not her real mother . In reality,her real mother is someone else. This shocking truth shatters her world completely, and she encounters the emotional burden of her childhood which is teared apart between her love for Geeta and the truth about her birth origin.This series deeply showcases the eternal and pure love of a daughter for her mother as she takes a 4 day long fast for her mother’s well- being.
