Neev Shergill and Prachi Shah were raised in the lap of luxury and are unaware of the harsh truths of life. Childhood pals Neev and Prachi fall in love. On the other side, Milind Mishra and Ayesha Mehra, who are now lovers, have always been poor. Ayesha and Prachi become good friends. Alaap, the brother of Prachi, begins dating Sukriti, the sister of Milind. When Alaap humiliates Sukriti and dumps her after a one-night fling, relations between the families of Prachi and Milind take a turn for the worst.
