Kora Kagaz (1998)

Mahesh and Pooja's wedding is full of the pomp and ceremony associated with Indian weddings. Pooja, a nervous bride, waits for her husband to join her the night after the wedding. He arrives late and only to inform her that he is in love with another girl. He tells Pooja flatly that he never wanted to marry her in the first place and walks out, leaving a distraught and confused young bride to deal with this new reality.
