Meri Saasu Maa is a serial of the drama genre. This serial’s story mainly revolves around the life of a young and affectionate woman named Pari who is severely trapped in family emotions and the unfulfilled dreams of affection. Its story mainly begins with the sinha household’s immense preparations for the grand wedding of Pari but things aren’t that much simple as they look. Pari is a girl who is raised by her miserable aunt who doesn’t admire her at all and then Pari is forced to look after all the wedding preparations which include various rigid and challenging tasks which test her worth. Further, when the baraat(groom’s wedding procession) arrives, her aunt scolds Pari in front of the groom’s family which totally tarnishes her image. However, when Pari immediately rushes to dress up, she sneaks a glance at the baraat and notices the groom's mother and in that particular moment, she imagines receiving an immense amount of love, affection and care from a mother which she had craved for. However, her hopes further get devastated when she overhears the conversation of the groom with his mother wherein they gossip about the marriage to eba forceful one due to their own confidential reasons. This incident leaves Pari shocked and heartbroken at the same time. Moreover, she decides to confront them about their gossip during the ceremony, but they avoid the conversation and leave, which signifies her to be a dishonest woman. What will happen further? Will Pari call off the marriage?
