Zindagi Teri Meri Kahani (2002)

Rahul and Medha, who are just like any other couple in a big city, have a failing marriage in the serial. Both of them struggled to maintain their current lifestyles while also surviving in the city and leading better lives. After a lot of miscommunication, they planned to get a divorce, but Rahul's father persuaded them to stay together as a loving couple. They had to band together when the plot twist revealed that they had been diagnosed with bone cancer and need bone marrow. However, they later rediscover love and put their disagreements behind them.
