Daddy (2017)

When Mumbai’s famous mills were shutting down many youths were left jobless and thus went into illegal activities. This included a youth named Arun Gawli, who resorts to Matka gambling. Soon he gets pushed into the world of crime and becomes the center of the underworld. He soon becomes drawn to more money and power and decides to join politics. He is then nicknamed ‘Daddy’ by his followers. The film is directed by Ashim Ahluwalia and produced by Arjun Rampal and Rutvij Patel. The music is composed by Sajid Wajid and the story is written by Ashim Ahluwalia and Arjun Rampal. The cinematography is by Jessica Lee Gagne and Pankaj Kumar. The star cast of the movie includes Arjun Rampal, Aishwarya Rajesh and Mir Sarwar.
