Anupriya Goenka

Anupriya shot to fame in 2013 as the face of the UPA Government’s Bharat Nirman. She appeared in her debut role in Telugu film Potugadu in 2013 and then in a short film Worth The Kiss. She made her Bollywood debut in 2014 with Bobby Jasoos. She is a well-known model and a prominent actress in high profile OTT web series. She gained further fame for starring in India’s first ever lesbian themed commercial for Myantra in 2015.

Her most notable films are Padmaavat in 2018 wherein she plays the Queen Nagmati the first wife of Maharaal Ratan Singh essayed by Shahid Kapoor. In 2017 she played a supporting role in Tiger Zinda Hai and again in War released in 2019. She has acted in films like Dishoom, Dadddy and the globally acclaimed Indie film Sir. She made her Cannes Film Festival Debut showcasing Bombay Stories.

Anupriya has successful carved a domain with OTT Web series. She played Megha Singh in Netflix’s groundbreaking crime thriller Sacred Games. She starred as Naina Nair in the popular psychological thriller Asur Season 1 & 2 on JioCinema.

She had a primary role in Criminal Justice Franchise of the legal drama alongside Pankaj Tripathi across the multiple successful seasons. Anupriya featured prominently in the MX player in a socio-political drama series.

Anupriya has appeared in several television commercial for some of the top brands in India, for example the Coke, Garnier, Stayfree, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Pepperfry and Vodafone to name a few.

That’s not all she worked as an Anchor/Host in the Home Shopping Channel called ShopCJ for more than one year.
