Dastak (1970)

Dastak is an Emotional-Romantic Family Drama Film exceptionally crafted and written by Rajinder Singh Bedi. The Story revolves around the life of Hamid (played by Sanjeev Kumar)- A Kind-Hearted Man falls in love with Salma (played by Rehana Sultan) and moves to the city for a better livelihood. They found shelter in a Small room at Yahyla Manzil- the red light area. However, things get complicated- when at night- their door gets rings and stranger men to ask for Shamshad- A Prostitute living in the room previously, leading their life into trouble.
