Vishal, played by Ajay Devgn is a diligent and valiant police officer who is feared by criminals. He works in Mumbai and lives with his mother and sister. He is in love with Sapna, who lives with her parents and sister. Sapna is fed up of Vishal’s rigorous police duties as he has no time to spend with her. One day things take a drastic turn when during a high profile encounter, Vishal gets gravely injured and slips into coma. His family is devastated and so is Sapna. The Commission wants to keep the decorum of the city and not let criminals they have the upper hand, thus he finds a look-a-like of Vishal called Arun who take Vishal’s place. Arun has to make the criminals believe he is a legitimate officer as well as look credible.

 

Sapna and Vishal’s family have no idea about this switch of Arun. Arun meanwhile starts to fall in love with Sapna and she enjoys his attention. Soon Vishal’s condition improves and he is about to be discharged. However, Arun has to let go off this easy life. The movie is directed by Harry Baweja and produced by Paramjeet Baweja. The music is composed by Sanjeev Darshan and the lyrics are written by Sameer. The cinematography is by Yogesh Jani.
