Anees Bazmee is a popular Indian film director, writer, and producer who already has established himself in the Bollywood movie industry. The talented film director predominately works in the Hindi movies. In fact, he is widely notable for filming the movie ‘Pyaar To Hona Hi Tha’. Now, he is a well-known director in the Indian showbiz industry.

Anees Bazmee rose to fame when he made his directorial debut with the Hindi action movie ‘ Hulchul’ in 1995. In fact, his career took a massive turn when directed the romantic comedy movie ‘Pyaar To Hona Hi Tha’ in 1998 where Ajay Devgn and Kajol are performed. In 2005, he comes to spotlight for his movie ‘No Entry’ where starred Salman Khan, Fardeen Khan, Bipasha Basu and Lara Dutta.

Two years later Anees made another box office hit movie ‘Welcome’ with key artists Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif. His directorial career took a major turn when he made the romantic comedy movie ‘Ready’ in 2011 with Salman Khan and Asin.

Anees Bazmee was born on November 1, 1962 in a remote town of Modasa in Gujarat, India. Born to an Urdu poet Abdul Hameed 'Nerang' Bazmee and housewife Khatoon Begum, he realized his cinematic inclination at a very early age. He started working as a Child artist at the tender age of 12 and showcased his acting chops in films like ' Bhayanak ' and ' Kitab '. He was greatly applauded for his portrayal of young Shatrughan Sinha in ' Naseeb '.
