Actor Raashii Khanna has successfully completed her shooting for director Anees Bazmee’s much awaited comedy entertainer starring alongside Akshay Kumar, Vidya Balan in the star cast.   The comedy film is still untitled but it has become one of the most anticipated comedy projects. Akshay Kumar and Anees Bazmee reunite after several years for the upcoming rom-com. 

Raashii took to social media expressing her experience working with Anees Bazmee and Akshay Kumar. She revealed the shoots to be demanding and disclosed that she fell ill half way through the filming and had suffered bruises while shooting action sequences.  Despite the challenges she had to face, Raashii has remained committed to completing the project and gave credit to the unwavering support she received from her family and the film’s crew that kept her strong through the entire process.

Reflecting on the experience, Raashii Khanna shared that each film schedule has taught her valuable lessons but this film shooting has reminded her of the compassion and the people who stand by you during your difficult times.  She expressed her gratitude for the love and support she received. Right from comforting hugs from her nephew to encouraging calls from her family members who were in constant concern for her and the entire unit standing by her.  The actress expressed these moments balanced the exhaustion and physical pain she went through and thus making her journey fruitful and truly memorable.

The upcoming comedy marks an exciting collaboration between Akshay Kumar and Vidya Balan with Raashii Khanna also wrapping her schedule as she shares the inspiring stories behind the scenes experiences, fans are now eagerly waiting to know the name of the film as well as the date of it released which is not yet announced by the makers.  The upcoming film also stars Vijay Raaz, Zakir Hussain and Sudesh Lehri in key roles. The film is promising a laughter filled entertainer with a powerhouse ensemble.
